Ah! This is making me so mad, so much of my interior rattles, such as my driver side handle, etc. Would using that cement stuff work? The only reservation that I would have is what if the concrete stuck to the plastic and i needed to gewt the piece off... btw, whats happenin w/ that thread...

 

Just use small pieces of modeling clay or go to the hardware store and ask for some rope caulk. Put little dabs of it behind anything that rattles. It will fix your problem.
