FD interior question.

I have A 93 touring and as you all kno the interior isnt perfect on these models.I was interested in getting the newer style dash board and is there any change in fds tht prevent the paint from coming off the center console trim? Also is it worth changing dashs in your opinion?any how im very interested in the a center console tht dosnt lose its paint.

I believe you are in search of a 94 finished console. Do a search, and read some of the stickys at the top of the section, and you will get all the info you need. GL

If you are talking about a dash then I would stick with the 93 dash. They look the best. As for the plastics that go on your dash and in your center console. Either you can get 94+ model plastics or repaint them yourself.

A Spyker dash is probably your best bet.

94 plastics are getting harder to find and expensive. I don't think they are available new anymore. Might want to search for threads on here where people have refinished and repainted the 93 parts.

If you get new replacement OE panels, the finish is painted now and more durable than the film on the originals.

Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda in VA is your man for all things OEM, like 94 parts. Call him: 888-533-3400. If he can't get it, no one can.
