Which Efini emblem ?

Hi !

Which color of the Efini front and rear emblem would you suggest for my RED rx7 ?
I'm leaning towards the Silver emblem.

They can be seen here :
Efini emblems on rx7store.net

Thanks,
Tadej

Sounds good to me. If you don't end up with silver, red would be the next best choice by a long shot.

I have a silver FD and was thinking the red would be a nice highlight.

But then I was thinking "it's not an efini" so should I put it on and be a poser?

But then I was thinking "Hell, no one even knows what kind of car this is let alone who makes it"
and since it has a different power plant then other cars on the road might as well sport the efini (rotor-shaped) badge. I might as well get the efini y-pipe then I wouldn't be as much as a poser (ricer in car terms). Then I would need efini center caps, or custom wheels anyway, what about the efini steering wheel...when does it stop???

I just ordered my emblems too. I decided black on my black FD would be best. I was considering white or red so that it would stand out. But the thing is it would stand out too much and i might get annoyed by that.

Red is really good on almost any color. I have red on my CYM. I also think black goes with red, white, yellow, silver, and black. For red paint I would also consider silver efini for something different.

Red with MB would look good. It would tie red R1 strut bar and red brakes all together visually.

I'm away from my home computer so I don't have any pics with me.

If you get a chance post them up. I wanted the OEM strut bar but the red would kick my butt!

Why is it that if you put Efini badges on, peeps talk about this poser crap. So we didnt get them here, who cares. They are a nice emblem, If you like them, use them. Does that mean if i put 99 spec turbos in, im a poser too!
All it is is something for people to complain about, cause peeps love negativety and trying to bash people.
I like the emblems...you like them, so get them.
this wasnt for you "dubulub", just a lil rant about the Efini topic.

Poser is someone who wants to be big but has nothing to back it up. The RX-7 can back it up.

I guess it's similar to the guys wearing type R badges...the thing is, we are not trying to be something we're not. Efini logos are not a higher end of the 7. It's just a symbol. Now sporting RZ badges would be different.

I don't think theres anything wrong w/ getting efini badges. I think its "rice" for example if you put a gt-r badge on a civic or mustang.

But when your putting those badges on the right cars, efini, fairlady z, silvia, etc... all your doing is just showing the japanese heritage of the car. no biggy at all.

the red emblems are perfect, the silver would stand out too much...you want it to meld with the body so it seems like it came with the car. It just helps add to the confusion of WHAT IN THE HELL IS THAT THING?!?!

Agreed.

I like the red one because I'm trying to foreshadow what's under the hood, red PFS IC, red strut bar, red vacuum hoses, red couplers, and of course the rotors!!!...of course I don't have all that yet...
