What's wrong w/the fitment? I have only the fenders from the kit and everythings almost perfect. In the picture above everything seems to be good?

Take it to a professional bodyshop. They are professionals for a reason.

i had no problem with my burnout kit. everything lined up perfectly. have you tried lining up and bolting the fender to bumper first before bolting down the one behind the wheels?

Professionals also do professional work. A knockoff kit and a home install isn't going to achieve the same results.

A heat gun isn't going to work on Fiberglass parts.

A lot of body kits need futzing with... you're going to have to loosen everything and push and prod and retighten, and then perhaps do a bit of sanding and filling until it looks better. Are you using all of the factory brackets and mounting hardware? As I remember, there's a bolt that holds that outer wing of the bumper in... I know because my body shop left it off when I had my car painted (factory nose) so iot would pop out once in a while... and then I'd pop it back in until I finally replaced the bracket/bolt that holds it in.
