Decent/Cheap Car Stereo
Yes I know it's pretty much an oxymoron, but oh well.
As the title says, I'm looking for a decent car stereo (Ford Escort) for a Christmas gift. The price has to be under $100 (preferably under $70). Yeah I know it's not much but I'm a poor college kid so... yeah... My knowledge of good brands/etc. is pretty limited.

I'd grab a used Aline unit off ebay. one of the 2000year model CDA-789* series decks. I've had mine for 5 years and it's been through 4 different cars.. I LOVE it. sound is fantastic. they are powered by internal V-amp which produces 23watts rms/ch or 60x4 max
I pulled an $800 pioneer unit from the same model year out of my VR4 in favor of the Apline Unit.
