i'm making a fiberglass box out of mine.

you should check out cardomain and other related sights.

here a link where some guy redid his whole hatch area. The box I'm making is simular to his, i'm not going to do the whole hatch area like that though.

by the way this should probably be listed under the audio forum and may get moved

First picture is of the original setup, last 3 are the second configuration. Both used the bins. They were fiberglassed inside to seal them up then filled with sound deadening Cotton looking stuff to get a neutral sound.

this is my setup.. really easy to make and sounds really good, i have the amp in one of the storage compartments locked shut so no one can steal (hopefully)
but i think my setup is good, really heavy also, so makes it safer<br>

West TX I really like the enclosure on the first one. You did a good job on all the fabrication for the whole thing.

Wow, those are pretty cool setups, I like the deep cell battery nestled in there.

I'm using my spare tire area since my spare is worthless anyways. I'm only putting in one 10" though, which should work great for a car as small as ours.

Hey, that's another thing I forgot to ask about. Where do those triangular speaker covers in the rear come from? My 87 came with these boring old covers.

Yep post up and also in the 2nd gen section.

BTW I changed configs cause I needed access to the fuel pump which I could not get to with the first setup. Thesecond one I can remove the black inset panel and get to it.
