Custom shift ****, what do you guys think?

I have a buddy that works at a machine shop, and I told him what I wanted and gave him some approximate dimensions and he was able to make a custom shift **** for me! Made out of stainless, just a few grams heavier than my previous ****, and I didn’t feel like spending a minimum of 50$ on a decent **** so I figured why not make one? It’s in my FD rx7, lemme know what u guys think

Looks great. Any idea how hot it will get in the sun after it's been sitting?

Pretty slick, I like the knurling a lot. Similar to one of my fav shift *****, the Carbing. Taller & thinner but similar knurling to grip the **** like a boss.
