Custom hood

Well, because I got ripped off by dirtysouthrotary Im forced to do everything myself instead of buying it (3000 dollar loss).

Therefor I started to work on my hood. And this is the progress I made till this far.

This hood was in bad condition, so I decided to cut it up as a project (sold my own hood for good money)

So what do you think.

good work but I don't see a raise are in front of the vent. In order for the vent to actually work they need a raised are right in front of the first vent.

You mean a small lip which will lift the air over the vents?? I have been thinking whether I will or will not make one. Dont know yet. THe first vent is closed, so I think this will vent some over the vents. Not sure though.

Its really easy, just make sure you got everything measured right and take your time with the finishing.

Yup, for me there is no possibility getting my money back. I can hire a lawyer in texas? but what would that cost me. Im in the netherlands, so its even more time consuming and costly. Unfortunately my insurance company doesnt cover overseas affaires

It also seems that there is no way to form a fist with other members who also got ripped off. Too bad.

Try finding a lawyer who's convinced he can easily win your case...sometimes, the lawyers won't charge much - just a percentage of the $$ you get. Again, that's in cases where they KNOW they'll win. Also, you could also sue for money, time lost, effort, and of course, lawyer fees

ok, can you help me with that? Finding someone etc. Finding your way in a country which is not yours is difficult. Even when you speak english.
