No disrespect intended but is this the same EVO-R Kit that there are numerous fitment complaints about or has something changed?

I'm in the market if these actually fit well.

Thank you.

Would love to see some final pics!

Hey so I bought your HID sleek head light kit a few months back from you. I'm pretty happy with it but looking to improve the lighting a bit and was curious if the Hella Xenon DE kit would fit without much trouble? These are the lights in question:

The lights provided with this kit will not work well. They are not HIDs nor are they projectors and this is probably why you'll never see pics of them in action. Those Hella DE lamps are actually fog lamps and as such, should not be used in this application. Sure they're better than what comes with the kit, but fog lamps will blind the oncoming traffic. What you should consider are these:

http://www.rallylights.com/Hella_50mm_Modules.aspx

They use the same technology as the Micro DEs but they are true projector beams with proper cutoff. The halogen versions will be much better than what is included in the light kit and they are not pricey. The HIDs will work fantastic (I have them in my sleepy eye retrofit) but they are very expensive. No trade off for safety though right?

Finally, my advice to you guys would be to do a search on "fd3s777" and you'll see several threads from former customers with lots of problems. We all waited a long time for his sleepy eye kit and when he made one, it totally didn't work and then the buyer had a difficult time getting reimbursed.

I guess what I am saying is let the buyer beware here. Sorry fds377, but just telling it like it is.

No problem. I have sold over 200 sets of these and still more people are buying them. Some poeple buy the projector kit cuz they like the way it looks. I always tell them if they want good ligh source out put use our 90MM lights like the one show above. I have resolve all issues with the KS lights and have stop selling them. Please do search on me. I do search me. If you read more carefully I do resolve most issues. BTW I was only giving Gemma sugguestion on the light kit he got. (I bought your HID sleek head light kit a few months back from you. I'm pretty happy with it )

If you are referring to me, I don't sell sleek light kits. But I did do my own sleepy eye conversion and do know a lot about lighting. I also slept at a Holiday Inn last night

What I can say is none of the lights posted in your pics will give the buyer good/proper light output. And yes, I have seen your kits in person as well and have talked to buyers of them. Nice look, just crappy light output. You have to use projector style units to achieve superior results, like the units I posted up. And the same applies to HID, if you don't use projectors with proper cutoff, you'll blind oncoming traffic. And fog lights (like the ones he posted) are not good either as they suffer from the same problems. Sure, they'll be bright, just not appropriate for headlight use.

I assume you (and others) use the lights you do to keep the cost down, but this is one area that you shouldn't cheap out on, headlights. You will end up with either crappy light or light that blinds oncoming traffic and that is not good, especially when there are economical solutions to this, i.e. see what SakeBomb Garage uses. They're not legal for sure, but at least the provide proper lighting without blinding traffic.
