i have a 89 Vert i cant get the antenna to pop up its all the way in i tried vise grips but didnt want to destroy the rubber seal i have had it grounded and it popped up but i dont know which wire it is and the wiring diagram is confusing so what color is the wire and where do i ground it to? ive already popped some fuses attempting to do it. someone please help it sucks not having a radio, oh and the stereo is not connected to power antenna it has a wire that switches the antenna but i did not hook it up because i do not whcih wire hooks up onto the car.

 

the wire in my car was white with redish brown dots. try connecting that to the remote wire on ur head unit or to the remote wire conection from ur wiring harness
