Broken windshield
I broke my windshield with my stereo and I need to know if it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced.
It has a line in it from the top passenger to the center

I would have to see a picture of the windshield to properly diagnose it. If the windshield is definately cracked from one section to another, it will need replaced. Professional autoglass replacement services can only repair small to moderate sized stone chips. In my opinion, doing that is not even worth it, the results are decent, but it would just be easier replacing the windshield. If you have any questions, my father installs autoglass as his career, hes been in the business for 30 years, he fixes waterleaks, and does many other things, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I know exactly what happened. He was stopped at a traffic light and an NSX pulled up and wanted to race. When the light changed he stepped on it so hard, and accelerated so fast, that the stereo flew out of the dash. As he was watching the NSX shrink in his review mirror, he saw the stereo land on the rear deck. Instinctively he hit the brakes, well by this time the stereo had gathered a little forward momentum. This positive momentum carried the stereo forward, just missing his right ear, glanced off the steering wheel, and crashed into his windshield.
