Bodykit modefication!

If you were to ask the body shop to cut the line off through the center of this bumper in the pic would it decrease the strength of the bumber at all ????

If anyone has a better pic of this kit could you post a few pics please...thanks.

Na ... The bumpers that have the support are strong. The copies that don't are really cheap--just ask rotaryextreme. I have a good copy of the Apex bumper and I'm planning on cutting it out so I can have full air flow over my Greddy FMIC.

Pics without the bar are out there. I think the Supra7 CYM has it cut out. You should be able to find a replica for $300 in your side of the world. They are also easier to find overseas too--thats where they come from for us.

This is my current favorite bumper I think. No '99 lights, but other than that I love it...the bar doesn't bother me either.

The Apex'i original is actually not that expensive...but its not $300 either. Where do you see replicas for $300, and are they decent enough quality?

I really wish it were urethane, because I know if I ever get a fiberglass front end I'm going to crack the sh*t out of it within a month by pulling up to far in a parking space :-(

Supra 7:

It's call a "Supra 7" because it uses the Supra's 2JZ-GTE engine.

You just have to ask the right people. Contact rotaryextreme and see what he can do for you. I picked mine up from someone for $200. The replica with the bar in the middle is high quality. The ones without the bar are very low quality. I've heard this from rotaryextreme and the guy from whom I got my front end.

Only one kind of replica

There is only one company that's in Hong Kong that makes the replica and there is only one version that I know of. The quality is not as good as all the other replica I manufacture because it's a little thin and the flange where it meets the fender needs a little body work such as sanding and bondoing.

I don't think I can post price here.

Instead of cutting out the middle line could you take out the piece just under the turn signals, The part that makes the outer circle of the headlights. So there would be 3 big holes, I think it would make it alot meaner.
Could anyone photoshop that for me please??

Yeah, I really like that bumper, the only one I like more is the border type-4 because it has the 99 lights.

I also like the Type II Run Racing kit a lot, but I haven't been able to find anymore pics of it, anyone have any?

Red car has Apexi front and Re Amemiya sides. Rxecret7.com used to carry Run Racing but I don't see it listed anymore. Check with Rotaryextreme.com or jt-imports.com
