The front is a knock off that has the veil side lip molded onto the 99 spec bumper. I think a place called MB auto makes it. The sides look like C-west.

not a kit, jumble

hood = scoot
bumper = I don't know, looks like 99-front w/o plate holder w/funky lip
sideskirts = C-west
rear wing = stock R1/R2 wing

click on this link and scroll down to the fusion body kit. there's the front bumper that no one seems to figure out.

doesnt tom ngo have that on his rx7? i have an article on the car. it says jdm from bumper 99 spec.
