Auto rollup through alarms aux output????
I've recently been toying with the idea of buying the automatic rollup module for my viper alarm but then I got to thinking why couldn't the power windows be tied into the aux outputs of the alarm via relays? The aux outputs can be linked to the arm function on the system and set for a 30 sec pulse. So my theory is why couldn't I use this setup to power a standard relay to power the window motors or the window switch to roll up the windows. My only concern would be would running the motor for 30 sec cause bad damage to the motor if the windows were already up or could that be prevented by routing it through the window switch? Any ideas/advice would be awesome.
