i hooked up my sony headunit with the dell jukebox attached, the plug sits in the storage bin and it doesn't move

 

With the Alpine Headunit, does it display the song and artist while it's playing? And can you view/change songs using the headunit alone? Or would you have to change it using the iPod?

 

i use the monster adaptor that plays through my radio


it sounds fine, i'd say an 8 out of 10. Best Buy sell sone over with the ipods for about $75. I saw one over by the car stereos with more adaptor plugs for $50. the ipod almost fits perfectin the ash tray. im still trying to think of a way to get it in there better.

 

On the Alpine unit, everything is controled by the headunit. You see the song tile and artist. It even shows your playlists as you scan them.
