anybody know what this bumper is?

cant find this front bumper anywhere.

Andys autosport listed it as an AIT Racing bumper, but AIT's site doesn't list it, and when I have searched whatever title andysautosport gave it....it doesnt bring anything up.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Original lenses are nearly impossible to source.

It's a fairly simple shape.

Get some LOW TAC masking paper (it's used to do large scale graphics/ tracing)

Apply the to the bumper & trace the shape to make a flat template

Slightly modify the lower portion of the template lense to allow for trimming/ shaping of excess material.

Use Poly Carbonite to make your lenses (it comes in flat sheets)

After lenses are cut, place lenses in boiling water, let it heat up.

Remove heated poly-carb from hot water bath & form to a slightly tighter radius than the bumper skin track that the lense is supposed to rest in, this will insure tight fitment

Test fit & grind (repeat as necessary)

If lense cools & you continue to bend it, it will develope white stress marks (place back in hot water bath to remove/ reduce the marks. Heat guns work great for this too.

When petminately fastening the lenses to the bumper, it's kind of choose your own adventure…

I prefer to utalize adhesives (your choice) but make sure to test the adhesive on a test piece of poly-carb & a non obvious part of the bumper's painted surface.

Rivets look like **** & allow moisture.
