alpine amp. problems
my 1st system install just kind of went with it. feel free to let me know if anything is screwed up. alpine deck to alpine EQ to an alpine MRV-F300 4/3/2 amp. which goes to a set of pioneer speakers up front and MB Quart coax. speakers in the rear
i got all of this stuff used but in great shape, looks to be barely used.
all setup i was only getting faint blips of music out of the speakers
ive tested everything out and the amplifier appears to be the root of the problem
the power light is on, fuse is good, i pulled off the back coved and couldnt see anything visually burnt out, but i dont really know much as far as dealing with electronics.
basicly i just want to know if this amp is junk, or a simple fix
alpine no longer carries tech support for this product on their webpage, so any advice would be awesome as id love to hear i dont have to go out and buy a new amp.

Check the switches in the amp and make sure that the input is set to stereo and not bridged/mono.
You could have a bad speaker that could be shorting out. Try running the front speakers and disconnect the rear speakers from the amp. If you don't have any sound, then wire one speaker at a time and the bad speaker will make the amp cut out.
If you have sound, then run the rear speakers and disconnect the fronts. Try the same procedure above if you don't have any sound. Good luck
