Alcantara FD steering wheel

Has anyone wrapped the stock FD steering wheel in alcantara? I have an opportunity to get it done for free and was wondering what it would look like?

Thanks! I came across that one, unfortunately I don't have the 99 spec wheel :/.

I'd recommend against it, it looks good for a short period, but wears fast. Had one in my last rex, gone with leather this time.

^is it because it's made of suede? is there another material similar to suede that we could use that would last longer?

Good advice here; alcantara looks AMAZING, but def. wears rather quickly with use, especially on a steering wheel.
