Question 99 Bumper opinions

I am making a switch to the 99 front with no plate holder.
My two choices seem to be the Pettit fiberglass model vs. Rotary Extreme urethane.
The whole package with the lip seems to b a little less expensive from Pettit. Does anyone care to offer opinions why I should choose one over the other?

Thanks all.

Pettit = fiberglass
RE = polyurethane (same material as original bumper)

Yeah definitely go with the RE polyurethane one, fiberglass cracks very easily and looks very shitty once it does.

Low quality fiberglass cracks very easily I assume I have yet to see any real cracking or chipping from a quality fiberglass front end. I've had my RE front end, fenders and rear 1/4 panel for over a year, no issues yet :knock on wood:

Does anyone have a pic of what it looks like when it supposedly cracks or fractures due to nature, it being just fiberglass (obviously a car wreck is excluded as a wreck will f' anything up)?

I have heard the things about fiberglass and cracking. Thinking though... I never saw a Corvette with spider web cracks in the paint due to a bump or 2.

yeah i was refering to the lower quality fiberglass but I would still get the polyurethane instead of high quality fiberglass any day. I have not seen fiberglass crack and such from normal weathering and stuff but have seen countless bodykits that are fiberglass with very ugly cracks and chipped paint mostly i assume from nicking curbs and such. If you nick a curb or something with polyurethane it will scratch the paint but it won't crack it most likely.
