Why can I check for listing of cars for sale?

Minimum Post count is in effect Moe.
I believe 10 to view and 15 to post an ad.
It's so New Members don't treat the Site like Ebay or Craiglist.
First and fore most, it is a Car forum,and it has the luxury of offering it's members a Classifieds section.
Like the song says: thats just the way it is,Some things never change.

So really you are complaining that you cannot reply or post in FOUR threads before your anxiety gets the best of you and you just GOTTA see the Classifieds.?
Lots of Parts on Ebay..and no Waiting.

and it's FREE!!...so With no offense intended, you have no Compliant that is Valid.
Get your wings in the New section,then learn to fly to the Other sections.

woah I didn't think Id upset anyone. I never said it was a stupid rule. I said it "kinda sucks". I thought it was more inconvenient than anything. And I feel it can also lead to useless posts. Im not very knowledgeable so I don't have very much information to share unlike most people on here. I enjoying browsing and seeing what other people have to say more than voicing my opinion
So don't voice an opinion......ASK questions on things you want to know in the New Member Tech boards. In those forums, the legacy members are not allowed to say "search" they are supposed to answer the questions. Your post count and knowledge will go up as a result.
We do NOT want people joining this forum just to buy parts or cars they stumbled across from a search engine. There have been simply too many scams and even forum vendors burned by new members with less than 20 posts, so the boundaries were established for the same reason people make it difficult to break into their homes - the criminals go looking for an easier target.
