i have a mac book and when i go to add a pic it tries to upload my entire picture folder

 

if u click the go advanced button at the bottom of the page then the manage attachments button, u should be able to upload each image u wish. or use a hosting site and then post the link to them in the post. this is referred to as hot linking. adding the img tags will allow the image to show up in the post rather than just a link to it.
