As far as changing your forum name, 'akira519', I really don't think you can. A mod will chime in whether this forum supports name editing or not.
As for your profile, on the top of the page under the 'rx7-club.com' banner, there is a small gray strip with links on them, that say 'User CP', 'FAQ', 'Garage', etc. Click on User CP (on the left side of the page). Everything you need to change, such as your signature, location, email, contact information, etc....is in there.

How are they able to enforce that when more ISP's use dynamic (a block of IP addresses that are rotated between users) IP's?

Me too, I think the designer of the form is a little weak
I got the same problem, I try to post my car's info, and now it suggest that I have to have a minimum of 10- posting, jesus murhpy.
