FAIL: can no longer edit posts.

It used to be that there was a 30 minute timeout on editing posts. I thought that was a pain in the *** because I can't update the first posts of for sale threads and such. Instead, it made the User have to read throughout a whole thread. Silly.

Now I can no longer edit posts, regardless of when it was created. What the F%$K! I now look like a retard when I make a spelling error typing.

Whats the reasoning for the change?

I think you are just stepping outside the Edit "Window".
It works fine,I made replies personally and performed a couple edits in Sec Gen Specific(my own replies) and they popped up fine, even without the "edited" label affixed to the post.It won't show if you do the edit quickly after you see the post up,then fix it and post again.

I don't understand. I'm going to see if I can edit this post. I will take a snapshot if need be.

Edit: Successfully edited! The "edit" button that is normally present next to the quote button was not present the last few times I tried to edit a post immediately after creation. I even reloaded the page multiple times and nothing changed. Not sure what happened there. I thought rx7club changed things. If it doesn't show again, ill take a snapshot and include URL.

It fixed itself over time. The only thing I can confirm is that it was an issue relating to the website, and not my cache or device. Good luck contacting a moderator or webmaster. They don't like fixing website issues here. Response to very thing is to download a ******* native iPhone app.

The problem was the website. It's had a couple glitches, and you noticed one..good for you.
It was fixed..so nothing is perfect...is it ever?
By do not lay Fault in the Club.
That is like saying the driver had nothing to do with the accident,it was the Car's fault.

I am new, but i wanted to add a small note, from my experiences with webpages like these the small buttons like "quote" "add quick reply" and even "post reply" have a tendency to disappear but the blank spot still has the "ghost button" that is clickable and you can still use the website normally.
Other times especially when using google chrome and firefox "zoom or maximize page" has a tendency of making a whole section of a page inaccessable.

I hope this is helpful info as well !
