Will the PS1000 prime fuel at On position?

I just got done replacing fuel rails and injectors and would like to Pressure test the system.
Will the PS1000 turn the pump on at Key ON and allow the fuel to Prime so I can check for leakage?
The whole upper manifold assembly is off so now is a good time to check!
thanks.

Yes. The pump will cycle for how ever many seconds you have programmed in the fuel setup page. Or you can remove the relay and place a jumper across the two orange wires and the pump will run constantly.

My relay is a pain to get at.
can I use a jumper wire and run 12v to the Orange wire that feeds the pump.
I just have to run from the bin to where the wires connect at the pump.
Will that hurt anything?

You can do that. Just leave the key off so you're not back feeding into the rest of the system. Don't think that would really hurt anything, but better safe than sorry.

Update: I unplugged my Haltech(which was easier than accessing the relays).
then I cut a small slit of insulation off the pump wire and attached a wire to that area.
I ran the wire to the battery and touched the positive...WHRRRR!..
I was SO Lucky I checked the fuel system for leakage as I found a small leak on a fitting on my new secondary rail at the back.I tightened it up and we are now good to go for fuel!!!
Thanks guys.STYX!~
