What OS's are the PS1000 compatable with (now-a-days)?

Can the PS1000 use the Windows 8 platform?.
Are there any notebooks or tablets that the Ecu can use that are being currently sold on the market?

I wouldn't mind getting something specifically for the car, like a small 7 inch tablet.
Then I'd mount it.

I've run in on W8 offline with no issues. Touch screen sucks if you want to do any actual tuning. For that you'll want a keyboard.

I'm running Win 8.1 on a 10.1" Asus tablet with blue tooth keyboard mounted on a RAM floor support. No problems.

Keyboard is a must for ease of data entry and comfort.

I think a 7" screen would be too small.
