Stock harness to PS1000

For my 1988 Turbo II.
Has anyone done this yet? Any issues? I have a brand new harness and would like to maintain all emissions components yet still run a bigger turbo such as a BNR and control it via PS1000. I know I will have to add some wires as the patch harness does not make use of the additional inputs and outputs. Also would it run all of the A/C components, BAC, ACV, twin scroll etc.

This will be a completely new route for me as I have been running my T04B 60-1 turbo 400rwhp for years. Hope this new setup will be fun. Just want the car to look like stock and pass emissions. (IE airpump, ACV and for sure my A/C.

The S4 TPS doesn't work worth a darn. Other than that, you should be able to do everything you need to do.
