Sprint RE, cranks wont start

I just finished installing my sprint RE in my 93 fd. Went to crank, and it cranks fine but just refuses to start. Running the basemap from the haltech but I think I need a better base map. Its a stock port gt35r with 850/1650 stock igntion on 10ish lbs.

Here's what I've done/checked so far
I checked the inj duty cycle, and it reads 3.5% when cranking.
I have spark.
Motors not flooded.
Fuel pressure is 35-37psi
Checked the trigger settings in the settings menu and they are set to the haltech specified.
Double checked the trigger connectors
All my relays have power directly from the batter to switches to fuse to relay.

Things I dont understand how to do:
Calibrate the TPS in the haltech software. I can't seem to find it anywhere and my TPS is reading 0% under all conditions.

Things I'm not sure I wired correctly:
Resistors are on the power side not the ecu side. Seen both ways and now I'm second guessing myself

I'm pretty sure there's more I've done/dont understand but I've been up for about 24 hours trying to get this car finished and I'm just feeling lost sifting through all this information. Everything I find makes me doubt something I've done and then something else will make it seem like I did it correct. Just have no idea why it will crank but not fire. My only thought is the tps. Thanks ahead of time
