Shuddering on first start up E6X

Hey guys. Fired up the S4 today for the first time after the Haltech instal almost a year ago now ( been sitting )
It fired up and ran but had a nice vibration and felt like the timing was out. reved up to 1200 or so after a few seconds, possibly not running on both rotors,

Should i try and twist the CAS and see if it clears it up and go from there? If I could email someone the map im using (E6X) maybe someone could check all my settings for me etc.

you can turn the CAS all you like in order to zero the timing out... just don't loading the engine until the timing and fuel is mapped correctly

also.. running on one rotor can be a number of things but typically a fouled plug

Thanks guys.
I read Hitmans info and it was very helpful in explaining some of the features and what they do.
Heres my next query. I zero the timing to factory specs using the CAS and the timing gun, since the trigger setting can be whatever it dosnt seem like the best idea to just be increasing or decreasing the number at will for someone with no tuning experience. So if i leave the seting and adjust to suit that will be safer.

Now its gona run like a bag of ****. I know this from when i first got the motor in there and ran it with theStock ecu. I tryed to stab it and Zero it out like actory but it had no guts and sounded nasty. So my builder stabed it one tooth ahead and she ran really nice at about 1400rpm with a nice crisp pulse as well and had nice smooth accel etc.
So do i just Zero the timing then adjust the idle timing till she starts to run nice?
Its a got a nicely sized turbo port ( hence why it wont idle at 700)
Should i just down load a map for the ported motor and then upload the iginition map into the map ive got ( downloaded from here also )
Stock pri's, 720 sec's and a hybrid turbo ( plus all the other supporting mods )
