Ok, I can't find any S5s around here that are up for parts. Just lots of S4s...I noticed that a lot of newer cars like Fords and Hondas use the same syle as that Haltech supplied TPS. The kind that fits over the throttle shaft and measures rotational movement. The only problem is the hole in the TPS is the wrong shape and wont lock onto the throttle shaft. Does anyone know of a car with a TPS that will match the RX-7's throttle shaft? Making a bracket is not a problem...I just need a TPS that will fit the shaft. I'd hate to resort to JB weld...

Thanks,
Ryan

The one that came with my haltech worked good. have you asked your haltech dealer about one? I think that its a GM sensor so you just need to find the kind of car it gos on. Go down to your local parts shop and ask to see all of there TPS that thay have in stock

Hope that helps some.

a little work with a hand file and any of the domestic units can work. the haltech piece is most likely GM piece.
