Quick E6K question.
There was a question in the 2nd gen forum that got kind of a fuzzy answer.
Can I completely remove the stock ECU and harness?
The only issues I find with this is the wipers, and the tach, which can be re-wired.
This would be a nice boost in funds if I could sell this stuff.

Yes. You completely remove the stock ECU and wiring harness.
If the wiring harness is in good condition, people will pay as much as $150 for it to do NA to TII conversions.
The ECU is worth $75 to $100.

The tach runs off the "power" harness that runs on the driver's side of the car.  If it doesn't work after pulling the engine harness, you touched something you were' supposed to.  The tach runs off the trailings ignitors, so if you're still running those, it should work.
