Old E11V2 and new racepak communication issue

Hi!
I need an advice.
I bought Racepak IQ3 no logger feature couple of month ago from USA.
I have Haltech E11V2 in my cosmo and try to connect they together via CAN.
Nothing was happened. Dash still zero readings.
Datalink can communicate with the dash.
Has somebody a proper config file for E11v2? Do I need a cpecial CAN interface to bring all stuff together?
Thank you!

If you didn't get the dash from a Haltech dealer, chances are you need the Haltech CAN interface module. The dashes offered by Haltech dealers have an in-built CAN interface. If you buy a standard IQ3, at a much lower price, it does not come with the interface. There is an external module, priced at $375 that allows you to interface with the Haltech.

Thank you C.Ludwig!
Racepak has haltech logo and bought from a local haltech dealer for full price.

I think it's a configuration issue. I dunno about CAN support specific of my E11. Where a can get a proper config and instructions? I read all manuals but nothing says about E11/E8 specific.
Thanks a lot!

E11V2 has CAN V1 protocol, new IQ3 has CAN v2 protocol. They cannot communicate, I think :-(

If it has the logo you're good on the module. The v1/v2 protocol is likely though. I know the dash can be updated, so I would assume it could be back dated. Charge is $50 to update though Haltech. I'd contact Haltech AUS directly through email or phone and go from there.

Now ok

I have changed my iq3 to older one. Older iq3 works fine.
