MA Is my e6x dead? No fuel/spark

I was driving my car all spring and into june and it was running great on a base map. Then one night when i was cruising through town on my way home it just died. The fuel pump does not trigger, and there is no spark impulse, which leads me to believe the ecu is dead. I checked all fuses and grounds, then are fine. What should i do next?

Try to go online with the ECU. If the computer connects, then the ECU is powering up. If it doesn't check pins 7 and 25 for 12V+ with the key on and pins 26 and 32 for continuity to ground.
