you need to wire the output from the innovate unit either yellow or the brown and wire it to the input wire in the bank of O2 wires.
then make sure you have wideback in the main set up checked and confguire it accordingly.
0v - 7.35 and 5v 22.25

This is the thing,I have 3 wires coming from the PS1000 and I have 2 1/8 stereo type plugs on the Innovate harness, marked IN and OUT.
I am assuming that I use the OUT(so that it hooks up to the PS1000) but which wires correspond to what?

the in and out thing on the innovate products is for their "link" system like defi have it!
You have to put the IN stereo type connector to your DB-9 adapter which comes with the LC-1 to communicate to it via the PC!
You have to put a terminator end-cap with built in resistor onto the OUT stereo type connector if you only have one device in the loop. (like in an oldschool computer network
)
These 2 ports have NOTHING to do with your wiring!
There shall be 6 or 7 wires coming out of the LC-1 "box"...
Here is the LC-1 Manual, showing how to connect the wideband to an ecu/dataloger/dash-gauge

Here is the LC-1 QuickStartGuide

hope that helps

^What he said. Also, the harness you received has three wires bundled for for the O2 input. The only input is the shielded gray/orange wire. The other two wires are switch 12V and signal ground. I build these into the harness to provide the user with power and ground for the O2 controller if they choose.
Either the yellow or brown wire from the LC1 will connect to the O2 input of the ECU. Doesn't matter which. Next, make sure that the output scale of the sensor matches the input scale of the ECU. That's all there is to it.

Ok,that is easy enough.(gets that **** out of the road..making 1/8 stereo connections!)
This just raises another question: If the gauge has 12V switched do I,Or Can I still hook up the other 2 wires(sw 12v and Ground.)?
OR do I just hook up the shielded grey/Orange and it is good to go?

Which wires from which device? I don't get the point...
Look at the quick start guide + manual for the lc-1 and get the manual for your gauge at http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/support.php
The innovate products are no rocket science, get trough the manuals and this will clarify everything!

Haltech has 3 wires,2 of which are sw12v and Grnd..the other is a shielded grey/orange.
just wondering if I should hook up the 12sw and Grnd anyways,Even though the Innovate has power to it and the gauge.
will it hurt anything?

The switched 12v and ground are provided for convenience, not confusion.
Just insulate the unused wires and leave them. They're there to use for the wideband controller, but since you already have it powered you do not need them.
Make sure, when you strip the shielding off the input, that none of the shielding braid contacts the input wire itself. This gets people all the time.
