Idles way too high, 2k rpms!
S5 TII running on haltech E8. My idle screw is set all the way out and it's idling at 2000 rpms ??? It should not go over 1000 right? I thought there was a way to set idle in halwin but i'm not sure

talking head
air leak motor side of TB,, and or AWS solenoids enabled ( which adds fast idle air for fast warm up )
or wax cam is driven out fully ( disconnected from coolant and not wired pemanantly out of position ?)
pull the wax cam out of the way and wire it thus,,, disconnect any fast warm up solenoids and unplug the BACV
reset the TPS calibration and set the idle speed screw for around 800 idle
when done,, plug back in the BACv ( if wired up ) ,, and set idle speed in the ECU

I found that one of my injector o-rings has a leak, I have a full set of new ones that I bought a while back that I will put on this weekend. Hope it helps the idles. Whenever I sprayed carb cleaner on it it barely changed the idle, does a tiny leak like that make that big of a difference in idle?
