HELP, a wire pulled out of the main injector connector, how do I fix it????

I have a terminated engine harness, and one of the wires got pulled out of the weather-pack connector that goes to the injectors, How do I get the metal peice out of there to fix it???

Get a small jewelers screwdriver.
Poke and pry around from the front.
The metal piece should pop out.

there should be a little metal tab that holds it in there. If you hold it down with one of those small screwdrivers and pull from the other side it should pop right out.
