Unhappy Help , No Spark

I finally got all the parts and put my motor together and installed it , now it doesnt want to start , I eventually discovered that the plugs weren't fireing , what do guys think?? .
I already checked back all connections , both coils , the ignitor and the wireing harness and all is ok according to the factory workshop manual , also I have been using the HALTECH for more than a year with any out
problems . While my car was down I used the computer in another car and it worked flawlessly , could this be a setup / software problem ? , once I wasn't getting any RPM signal with THE HITMANS maps , and immediately saw it when I reloaded my maps ?.
PLEASE !!!!! I NEED TO HEAR AND FEEL THE HALF BRIDGED + T66 (etc) monster rumble .

I took out the computer and reloaded maps into it and it started up another RX7 , so the computer is ok , I also found a burnt out power wire ( from a previous short ) which goes from the ignitor to the coils ( within the original factory harness ) , this was repaired and guess what , still no F...ki'n spark!!.
A local mechanic said that a wrong set up can blow the ignitor , is this true ? , because I forgot about the six cylinder setup that was in the computer previously and tried to start , so far everything points to the IGNITOR.

ok , Previously I had put a hose clip on the coolant return hose on the underside of the throttle body ,the extra "tail" from the hose clip cut through the primary voltage wires to the leading coil causing a short and small fire , this was fixed and worked ok for a while.
After experiencing the no spark problem , I checked for power to all of the coils and found none to the trailing and power on both - and + wires to the leading coil , all this is at the factory ignition harness by the way .
I removed the harness , stripped it down and found the insullation on the ( common) power wire burnt off and the live wire making contact with the ground wires from the primary coil , so I replaced the damaged wire and repaired the rest of the harness , after this every thing worked fine.
