help me, im blind

not really but i am having a problem, i have an fc with a haltech e6k. i bought the car not running and today i did the rats nest removal and block off plates. much to my surprise the car turned over and started, this is the first time the car has ran in like two and half years. my problem is, non of the gauges work, no tach, no oil pressure, no water temp., no fuel and no boost gauge. is this something thats involved with the r.n.r., or the haltech wiring. i dont want to drive the car at all unless i can see whats going on. also, on a side note, i tee'd the map sensor into the bottom nipple on the uim along with the vacumn line from in between the oil injectors. is that ok or is there a better place, the e6k manual just make sure its above the injectors. thanks for any advice guys.

This has actually been covered in several posts throughout the board and i believe in the other Haltech boards, when people take out the factory ECU you loose some of the dash wires since they go through the engine harness and the vehicle harness. But not to worry, the solution is pretty straight forward all you have to do is get the wiring diagram for your particular model year FC and just complete the wiring for those gauges you arent getting any response from. But, beware, since you mentioned this car was parked for over 2 years, im inclined to think that the vehicle wires were taken out, if so, you will have your work cut out for you. If they are still there, then its not that hard to do.

Make sure you find one that will have the dash wires as well, since those are the important ones you need. The FSM (factory service manual) will be most helpfull.
