Having trouble getting my car started since i swapped to P1K

I have an 88 T2 with 2 1600cc prim. & 2200cc sec. 2x bosch 044 & AEM smart coils with the MSD cables.
The Haltech platinum sport 1000 has long harnes.
Car seems to flood real bad while cranking when cold can take over 5 min to crank putting a lot of wear on starter car is just flat then after 2/3 minutes starts showing signs of cranking as if spark just came on or fuel cleared out IDK but its driving me crazy never had problems like this with me E6K..
Anyone ever run into this problem or have any idea how i could get this fixed? Or anyone have great starting point or base map that could help my setup or a similar one desperate to get my car back on the road...

i tried 1600 primaries one time, it started with priming pw at around 50ms cold, linear to 16ms hot. idled around 1.4ms, this is with the older peak and hold type injector. it would get really erratic when pw lower than about 1.4ms. idle was in the 11's AFR, and bucked a lot in closed loop. i think you will have to cruise at 13's AFR at the leanest
