Did you wire up the injection connections correctly? the only reason for something like that to happen is bad wiring, or miss connecting the injector plugs, or even a wrong setting in the software. Or worst case scenario is something wrong with your injectors or plugs are fowled, or even improper tuning.

Remember to set the proper configuration, and that inj1 and inj2 go to both primary injectors, and inj3 and 4 go to the secondary ones.

Good luck, i always make it a priority to mark each connector properly so know where everything goes easily.

Rebuild broken in yet?
If not, this is a royal pain in the *** to make it work...

That is another point, sometimes a fresh rebuild, depending on how it was done, will take a few miles to brake in and seal properly, but if your engine is giving you 110 on all sides its perfect, so my guess is that you have something miss connected or miss configured. Start at the injector plugs and go from there, also, are the coils properly wired, configured? that could also be it. It took me a few tries to get the wiring and settings down on the X.

Depending on who did the rebuild, how knowledgeable they are, and engine can seal right away, or it can take over 500 miles. But its good practice to let a freshly rebuilt engine to break in properly, with around that much miles covered.

Download both the manual AND the wiring diagram from the download section of the Haltech website.

HI Claudio , haltech probs.

well I took out injectors, sent for testing , says all flow good , both sec, and primarys put them back in same places, decided to put injector leads on prims. reversed 2 on #1, 1 on #2. now it run on front rotor not rear! took out plugs , prims. put in new ones, YEA! run on both smooth as silk ,{ BOY rotarys are wierd maybe felix's DNA is from another planet.} but now comes the infamous tuning sessions. I have a laptop but no software for E6K, I have some experience on Microtech and SDS systems install and tuning. and I only mean some. thanks RON
