So my car goes to maybe 8 psi. The wastegate has two ports, one on the top of the crown piece and one on the side of the wastegate. Before having the solonoid I was told to put the vacuum source on the top port. And then if i got the solonoid to switch it to the side port. Is this true?

Also the settings have period, map, psi limit. What is the period? Its on 30 right now. And the way the map is with the duty cycle, from 0 to around 5000 rpms its as high as it goes and then it slowly decreases. Is this causing my wastegate to open?

Im mainly trying to find out why the boost doesn't go higher on this turbo(to4e) because I thought it might have been adding the cat, but I don't think that would lessen the pressure that much. Haltech e6k by the way.
