I have a ps1000 with the factory terminated harness for a 13B. I can’t find info in the startup guide about the fuse sizes for the fuse box. I’m looking for ecu, ignition, and injection fuses.

If you go to the haltech main page, then ECU Wiring Diagrams under the Downloads option you will see an option to select "Discontinued Products Diagrams". If you open that and scroll down you'll find the wiring diagram to the PS1000 terminated engine harness that contains the fuse sizes.
