First firing attempt

So I attempted to fire up my car for the first time last night. Before I did a live fire, I cranked it with the injectors disabled and the timing locked, to make sure it was firing correctly. It was. Then I enabled the injectors and tried firing it. It coughed and and almost caught, but not quite.

It's loaded with a FC base map, so I'm sure I need to dial back the fuel a bunch due to running 720/720.

Is there anything else I should be looking at to ensure a successful start?

What should I be looking to get for trigger, home, etc?

I have successfully tuned a semi-piggy back UTEC before, so I know the principles, but this is my first full standalone.
