ECU Manager Crashing when cable removed..

Hey Guys,

Has any one experienced when removing the cable from their laptop that the laptop crashs and blue screens ??

The car was turned off and not powered when i removed the cable..

ive got a 3 month old HP laptop running windows 7.

Yes it happens to me every so often. I just close the program before removing the cable and all is well. Should it happen? No. Is it a problem if you remember to close the program first? No.

One of my laptops does it. Not a blue screen but it locks up. My other two do not. The one that does is an HP with W7 Pro. My Sony with W7 Pro does not. My old Toshiba with Windows XP does not.
