Um, and we're talking about the stock ignition trigger wheel on the front cover?
When you mention "line", is that what you call the "spoke" positioned over the mag sensor?

When someone mentioned "line", I think FC ignition trigger with CAS and marked pulley.

Crap, just noticed i asked you about the offset, i meant the trigger, when you change the offset you have to reset the unit dont ya?

Anyway, on my Q?#3 i meant that i cant seem to remember the philosophy behind setting up the split timing between the leading and trailing, i seem to remember it was a difference of somewhere between 15-20 degrees at idle, and the higher the revs the smaller the difference untill they are the same.

Do you have to reset the E6X (turn the switch off then on) for an offset value change like on the K?

Pardon my ignorance, i havent worked with the X yet.

yea, the x programs basically the same way as the k. you DO have to reset it when changing offsets, but not trigger angles.

ted, did you go thrrough the whole thread without reading the title?

i still can't figure out why the trailing is firing on the other side of the pulley though... i've gone over everything i could possibly think of.
