Haltech E6X REW wiring to FC help please

E6X REW wiring to FC help please
Hi guys
Brought a 2nd hand FD setup with loom to go on my FC.
Got a couple of questions. The prev owner was running a HKS twin power system and also a REW CAS and obviouslt the wiring for both are different for the FC. Ive found this link http://www.k2rd.com/haltech/drawings/IG01.pdf
as from it using the wiring diagram form the haltech site i think i can figure it out. but the CAS is what im having trouble with. There are 2 x 2 pin plug that look like they go to the CAS and im assuume that the FD CAS is a 2 pin plug ( can some one advise ) theres another plug there that did nothing apparently so do you thing that this might be the extra wires required.
