e6x fuel relay/main power relay

I have a quick question that I could not locate specifically within the forum.

Is it possible or even recommended for that matter to splice the Batt+ (direct) fuel pump relay wire and the Batt+ (direct) main power wire together since they are both running to direct constant 12v per the Haltech diagram?

I do have the haltech fuseblock and relays wired correctly and to each corresponding point.

Basically, is it safe or recommended to connect this 2 into one main power wire?

Thanks in adavance

No problem as long as the wire you splice it to is large enough to carry the combined load of the two circuits.

Thanks for the quick response. The wires in question are both 12awg. What size is recommended in that case? 8awg? Depending on the price I may just run the two separately, I was more intent on lessening the wires within the bay.
