E6K Manual shortcut font

I need help finding a manual with the right shortcut keystrokes. The one I have just shows series of dots and other characters.

Hi have had the same problem for a while. I recently ran the E6K software on my old laptop and it came up with an error saying that "keystroke" font was missing and some characters could not be displayed correctly. I then searched online and found a font that looked like it would work but was named differently. I renamed it and copied it to c:\windows\fonts After restarting the program the font worked perfectly and all the dots had been replaced by the correct letters in the keystroke. tff font.

Try it. It worked on my old laptop and on my PC. Now I can see easy what they are referring to.

Chris.

Care to point us in the direction of the font on the internet so we can find it too?

Glad to see it worked for someone else. You could actually use any font in the windows\fonts directory and just rename it to keystroke.ttf. Any true type font would work. Its just that the keystroke font puts the squares around the characters and makes them look like keyboard entries. Probably have to copy the font you choose and then rename it so you don't lose letters in other documents.

That keystroke font is perefect for the job. Download it to the C:\windows\fonts directory and you're done. Should display perfectly for everyone. If not, Harleycruzr, you've got a bloody big swim ahead of you.

What do you know, it works! I could put away my two piece bikini. I don't have to swim out to the land down under. Thanks Chris.
