CAS & Coil Wiring Question

My FD already had a Sprint RE ECU installed when I bought it. Over the winter, I made and installed a new harness using a Haltech flying loom (the old one was in rough shape). I rewired everything exactly as it was before, despite the fact that two things differed from the wiring/installation diagrams:
  1. Each of the two CAS had its green & yellow wires reversed
  2. The trailing coils were swapped (T1 going to T2 plug)

The car still runs and drives like it did before, if not a bit better, but I am wondering what the effect of the reversed wiring is. If the CAS each have their wires swapped, would that change the number of "teeth" seen by the sensors? One thing I have always noticed is that the physical tachometer reads differently from the one in ECU Manager (2-300 RPM lower, if I recall correctly). The trailing coils fire directly, so if they were reversed, I would expect the car not to run at all. Could it be that this was all compensated for in ECU Manager?

Any input is much appreciated.
