The min duty is just that. The minimum duty cycle the ECU will allow. Let's say, for example, 25% duty holds the idle where you want it. You'll probably want to enter something like 20% for the min duty. Start duty would be something like 25% or slightly higher. Maybe 27%. The idea is that if you have the start duty very close to what the BAC needs to actually run at, the ECU will not have to make large corrections to hit the target idle.

The ECU will allow you to monitor the duty cycle of the output. Watch what the duty is when you have a consistent idle at your target, this will be your start duty. Adjust PID until you get a consistent response.

Great everything is much better now. Thx for the info. I still need to tweak the PID a bit. Using the duty cycle page really helps (something I never did before). Thx C. Ludwig!
