Hey guys
As the title says, I'm dropping a 13b-re into my car and using a haltech E8.
Question is: What parts of the old harness do I need to save? I know that the harness I pulled out with the old motor also includes the wiper motor (which imo is pretty important for a street car). Is there anything else in that harness that I need to seperate from the rest and save?
I tried seperating out the harness to see what runs where and looking at the FSM/Wiring to figure things out, but the mazda wiring diagrams suck. Either that or Im used to looking at BMW diagrams (bmw technician). LoL
And if theres anyone familiar with haltechs - high or low impedance fuel injectors?
Thanks!
Jon

None...
Wipers just needs 3 wires to be spliced in.
If you want to keep the stock water temp working, it's just a single wire splice.
All of these is detailed in threads in the Haltech section.

you also need to save the TPS sensor plug, and injector plugs unless your buying new.
Its a good idea to just save the entire harness those plugs may come in handy down the line.
